1. Do you provide plan
sets with the project leads?
The majority of projects leads have plan
sets posted with them. You can view online, download, print in-house, or order
any of the documents that make-up the plan set.

2. Can I order hardcopy
sets to be delivered to my office?
Yes, you are able to order full or partial
sets directly from Jobs2bid. Print requests are processed the same day.

3. Can I search for
jobs just within my industry?
Yes, you are able to narrow your search by
selecting the CSI codes and/or discipline descriptions. You can also search by
project name, project type, and bid date.

4. Will Jobs2bid notify
me of new jobs in my industry?
Yes, Jobs2bid will automatically notify you
via email for any new jobs in the regions and industries you select.

5. What States are
supported by the Jobs2bid Lead Service?
Region 1: CT & NY. Region 2: MA, RI,
VT, NH, & MI.
Region 3: (Region 1 and 2). Region 4: FL

6. How long are jobs
posted on Jobs2bid?
Jobs will remain on Jobs2bid for
approximately 2 years after the bid date. After that they are archived, but can
be retrieved if necessary.

1. What do I need to
use Jobs2bid Lead Service?
A Windows based PC, with Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.5 or better, and internet access.

2. What format are the
drawings and specifications in?
The drawings are in TIFF format, and the
specifications are in PDF format.

3. Can I use take-off
software with Jobs2bid?
Yes, you are able to download the plan set
drawings to your computer. Once the files are on your computer you can use them
with take-off software.
