Product Details

Jobs2bid is a fully integrated Internet based system that enables general contractors to fully automate, streamline, and control every aspect of the preconstruction bid management process.

Jobs2bid consists of three integrated components: the Bid Manager, the Virtual Private Plan Room, and the Invitation to Bid System. State of the art reprographic services are provided as well.

Bid Manager

General contractors use the Bid Manager functions to maintain their subcontractor database, create and digitally post their project leads and plan sets in their Virtual Private Plan Room, create distribution lists and broadcast their invitations to bid using the Invitation to Bid System, immediately determine who is bidding, reproduce and distribute plan sets in both digital and hard copy formats, and communicate project updates and addenda, all in one easy to use application.

Virtual Private Plan Room

This is where general contractors digitally post their project leads, plan sets, updates, and addenda, to be viewed free of charge by invited subcontractors and suppliers, who can then immediately communicate their bidding decisions to the general contractor. Bidding subcontractors and suppliers can then download, print, or order hard copies of plan sets for immediate delivery.

Invitation to Bid System

An Internet powered communication tool that general contractors use to deliver invitations to bid, and other important project related information to organized distribution lists of subcontractors and suppliers via facsimiles, emails, and text messages.

Reprographic Services

Using the latest technology and logistics available from our national and regional reprography providers, Jobs2bid is able to reduce order entry and fulfillment issues to a minimum, and to provide both highly competitive pricing and low cost delivery charges to any location. Should the need arise, Jobs2bid has the flexibility to change printing service providers behind the scenes and without interruption of service, just one more chore the general contractor no longer has to worry about.
