Using jobs2bid

As an invited subcontractor or supplier, using Jobs2bid is easy. The first time you receive an invitation to bid from a general contractor via Jobs2bid, you will be registered automatically on the system, free of charge. Your invitation will also contain your I.D. and Password which you will use to login each time you want use the system, as well as a unique Access Code that you that will allow you to view that specific project in the general contractor’s Virtual Private Plan Room.

Once inside the Virtual Private Plan Room you will be able to view the project lead, as well as the entire project plan set, free of charge. You can then immediately indicate your bidding decision to the general contractor, as well as download, print, or order hard copies of the plan set for immediate delivery. As the preconstruction phase of the project proceeds, you may return to the Virtual Private Plan Room as often as you like to view updates and addenda, or to order additional plan sets.

Subcontractors and suppliers also have the opportunity to join the Jobs2bid directory free of charge. This way they can receive additional invitations to bid from any of the general contractors using the system that are searching the directory for additional subcontractors and suppliers to bid with them on their projects.
